I have no hesitation at all in recommending A-Jet

We recently came home from a holiday to a horrible smell and soaking wet carpet in our wardrobe into which the en suite shower had been merrily leaking for what was probably the duration of our break! When I called my insurance broker and found we could use whatever carpet service we liked I immediately called A-Jet. I had used A-Jet once before when looking after a friends property which was damaged by a roof leak and A-Jet had been the only company that was willing to come out promptly to help.

A-Jet didn’t disappoint me this time either and were out later on the day that I first called. Because of the way the wardrobe fixtures were installed, the carpet couldn’t be fully lifted and the underlay removed, but A-Jet worked around that issue and used special blowers and dryers to combat the problem. In addition, they treated the sodden carpet so that the awful smell abated very quickly, but as importantly, so that no “tide mark” was left where the water extended to.

Not only that, A-Jet came back each day at a time convenient to us to check how things were going and to shift the dryers and blowers around for maximum impact.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending A-Jet should you ever have a need of their services, and I have done just this to our insurance broker and to our insurance company.
